Our team consists of over 35 employees who bring a rich diversity of backgrounds and experiences to NorthWall.

As of August 2025, out of our 37 employees:

  • 46% of our employees identify as women, with 54% identifying as men.
  • 30% of our workforce come from global majority backgrounds.
  • We proudly speak over 15 different languages.

Since our inception, we have prioritized creating a culture that supports both the personal and professional growth of our team members. We are proud of our high staff retention rate, demonstrating that employees feel encouraged to grow within the firm.
