Alex initially joined NorthWall in February 2025 as a secondee from Proskauer Rose LLP and has since transitioned to a permanent member of the team.
At NorthWall, Alex works on the structuring and raisings of various funds and co-investments, as well as assisting the investment team on transaction execution and deal structuring.
Prior to NorthWall, Alexander was an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he advised fund managers on the structuring and formation of private investment vehicles and investor negotiations. He also advised institutional investors on their allocations across venture capital, private equity and credit strategies, and advised secondaries funds and institutions on their secondary transactions.
Alex began his legal career at Linklaters LLP, where he trained across multiple practice areas including derivatives and structured products, corporate, and fund formation. During this time, he also completed a client secondment to a private credit manager, gaining in-house experience.
Alex holds a Law LLB from University College London.
