Andrew Lawson
Head of Capital Markets & CLO Business, Investment Team
Andrew joined NorthWall in May 2026. He is a Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets and the CLO business, focused on the public credit markets.
Andrew has over two decades of capital markets experience across leveraged loans, high yield bonds and private equity. Prior to joining NorthWall, Andrew spent over eight years as a founding member of the team building Permira Credit’s Global CLO platform. Before Permira, he spent over eleven years at Citi as a Director in global markets fixed income sales and trading, and earlier in his career roles at Bank of Scotland in Leveraged Finance and Private Equity Investing at Lyceum Capital.
Andrew holds a First Class Masters with Honors in Management from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
