Artem Kontyaev
Partner, Investment Team, Credit
Artem joined NorthWall in August 2018, and was the firm’s first hire after the founding partners. He is now a Partner, working within the Investment Team, Credit.
Artem has over 14 years of credit experience, including six years at top-tier M&A and restructuring-focused investment banks. Prior to joining NorthWall, he worked at Houlihan Lokey within their Restructuring team, investing across multiple industries including industrials, energy, shipping and infrastructure. Before this, he worked within both the M&A and Restructuring teams at Lazard.
Artem has a BSc (Hons) from the University of York in Accounting, Business Finance and Management as well as a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics. Artem is fluent in English and Russian and has basic working knowledge of Spanish.
