Christabel Edgar joined NorthWall in August 2023. She is Legal Counsel within the Legal team.
Christabel works primarily with the Investment team to structure, negotiate and execute NorthWall’s investments as well as fund structuring, fundraising and investor-facing work.
Prior to NorthWall, Christabel trained and qualified at Allen & Overy LLP working on multi-jurisdictional investments spanning debt and equity structures alike. She then worked at Lee & Thompson LLP advising clients across sectors on a range of investments from the angel stage through to exit.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Christabel has a BA (Hons) in History from Durham University.
