Helena Pratama

Helena joined NorthWall in April 2024. She is as an analyst in the Asset Management team.
Helena primarily focuses on portfolio transactions. She also maintains the asset management system across all transactions and develops analytical tools to assist the deal team in monitoring performance.
Prior to NorthWall, Helena worked at Bayview Asset Management in New York City, where she conducted MBS portfolio valuations for large institutional clients. At Bayview, Helena gained experience in fixed income credit and collateral analysis, assisting the trading desk with forecasting mortgage products’ performance in different market environments.
Helena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
