Kerry Bailey
HR Director
Kerry joined NorthWall in August 2025 as HR Director.
With over 20 years of HR and Talent experience, she is responsible for creating and delivering the people strategy and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function.
Prior to joining NorthWall, Kerry was Head of Talent and HR Business Partnering at Hayfin Capital Management, where she led the talent and leadership development strategies across the firm’s global offices.
Kerry’s career spans financial services, real estate, and retail, with senior roles at Grosvenor Estate Management and Burberry.
Kerry Bailey pursued a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
