Mark Menon
Managing Director, Head of Asset Management
Mark joined NorthWall in September 2025 and leads the Asset Management team.
He has over 14 years of experience in banking and advisory, with a strong focus on financial restructuring.
Before joining NorthWall, Mark was a Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group, where he spent four years advising boards, management teams, lenders, and other stakeholders on raising and restructuring debt facilities for businesses across Europe.
Earlier in his career, Mark spent 11 years at Lloyds Banking Group, primarily within the bank’s restructuring unit. In this role, he managed a diverse portfolio of stressed and distressed loans across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
Mark holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Business Management from the University of Sheffield and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
